ANDREY ROGACHEV APPOINTED AS HSE DIRECTOR OF EL 6 GROUP
Moscow, October XX, 2022: Andrey Rogachev has been appointed as HSE Director of El 6 Group.
Andrey Rogachev has extensive experience in occupational and industrial safety. Over the years, he held leading positions on industrial safety in companies such as Kuzbaslegprom, Evraz ZSMK, and West-Siberian Metal Plant where he worked his way from a foreman of the burning department to senior manager of the industrial safety administration.
The Director’s main tasks will be creating a single HSE system, developing and implementing a unified corporate policy, standards, and procedures, HSE risk management, as well as shaping corporate labor safety culture.
El 6 (previously EPM Group) is Russia’s major carbon-graphite producer. Its core business is production of high-tech electrode, cathode and other carbon-graphite products for steel, aluminum, ferroalloy, silicon, chemical, and machine-building enterprises. The Group is one of the world’s top 10 manufacturers of carbon-graphite products. The company includes three largest electrode enterprises: El 6 Novosibirsk, El Chelyabinsk, and El 6 Novocherkassk.
