Graduated from the Ural State Law Academy (Yekaterinburg); 

In different years he worked in such companies as: “Pravoviye konsultatsii” LLC, “Pravo” LLC, “YurKon” Legal consulting company (Yekaterinburg);

From 2000, he served as Legal Assistant to the General Director of Kuznetsk Iron and Steel Plant OJSC;

In 2002, he worked in the special projects section of the legal department of RENOVA CJSC; 

In 2004, he was appointed Head of the Corporate Law Section of the Legal Department of Mosinzhstroy OJSC;

From 2006, Deputy Director for Legal Affairs, Head of the Legal Department of ENERGOPROM MANAGEMENT CJSC;

2012 – 2016 – Director for Legal Affairs of ENERGOPROM MANAGEMENT CJSC; 

From 2016 - Deputy General Director – Director for Legal Affairs of ENERGOPROM MANAGEMENT JSC.

March - September 2021, General Director of EPM-Management JSC
